Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by SightPage ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or requesting mockups, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or submitting forms, you represent that you have the capacity to form legally binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and agree to satisfy all stipulations.

2. Services and Account Setup

SightPage provides web presence design, hosting connection support, local digital listing optimizations, and continuous local search strategy guidance. We reserve the right to decline or modify services to any corporate entity or private operator at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms and Service Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. All pre-configured plans include flat rate pricing with an added $500 one-time setup fee unless explicitly waived. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Domain Ownership and Licensing

Any custom domains purchased or configured on your behalf remain your property. The website layout, designs, and content we compose are licensed to you during the active term of your subscription. Upon cancellation, you may request a final transfer package for a standard administrative rate of $150.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the necessary image assets, legal business licensure verifications, and text copy required to complete search business listing claims. You agree not to submit fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, layouts, and custom code systems hosted on our website or within our platform products are protected by trademark, copyright, and copyright laws. No unauthorized duplication is allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SightPage, its directors, or agents be liable for any indirect, operational, or consequential damages resulting from technical search listing ranking drops, service interruptions, or web hosting connection lags. Our absolute liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by you in the 2 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will publish notifications of modified clauses prominently on our website. Continued use of services signifies acceptance.
